@zatzi I don’t understand why cabinet ministers don’t resign.

Please explain to me what benefit there is to Wes Streeting in not challenging Keir now. Not resigning makes him look weak. And it makes Andy Burnham/ Rayner/ Miliband more likely to win. What am I missing?
