Publish part in X platform, another part in Telegram. However, experience shows that many users simply miss news published on just one source. A more interesting approach seems to be specialization. For instance, publish news in X, discussions, and chats in Telegram. Or share project updates in X while running a specific aspect of your business through a dedicated Telegram channel. An additional incentive for subscription could be a contest where participants must follow accounts across various social media and messengers to qualify.
