@FOX8FNTD Inadvertent whistles occur often in high school football. It’s the nature of the beast. Lack of officials make it hard to get the best ones. Inadvertent whistle does in fact kill the play regardless of the outcome of the play. Untimed down makes sense here. Not sure where from.

CRAZY Ending to the Galion - Perkins game: Perkins Hail Mary attempt got intercepted in end zone, but Galion player ran it out - started celebrating & handed the ball to a Perkins player who ran it in for a possible game-winning TD Refs wiped out the play for an UNTIMED DOWN

They attacked the Browns weakness as they should have. The fact the Browns didn’t know that was coming was a lack of preparation

Watson was blitzed on 57% of his dropbacks today, per @ESPNStatsInfo. The Giants entered Week 3 sending blitzes on 25% of opponent dropbacks.

Browns QB Deshaun Watson said the offense expected blitzes but not as much as the Giants sent. New York ranked 14th in blitz rate entering the game, per ESPN Research. Watson said New York did a good job of scheming the blitzes, especially off the edge and on early downs.

The upset of the night belongs to Lorain Clearview! A 27-point underdog, the #6 seed Clippers overcame a 16-0 halftime deficit to beat #3 seed Norwayne, 19-16. Clearview will play South Range in next week's R17 semifinals.
