@berryimpulse One reason I like to talk about my change! Sure I gained 20 pounds. But I don't starve myself anymore. When I drink, its in moderation, and I have a much healthier marriage!

@berryimpulse Yea. Left pic was post divorce, retirement from air force, using the gym to punish myself for food, qnd lots of partying.

@kiingdrea Wow women are so weak proportionally. I weigh about 10 pounds more and can lift that without ever hitting the gym.

@WhitneyGrenaway I agree that adding bands could help.
But try not to hyper extend at the top. It won't be good for your back in the long run.

I generally think its a bit overrated but a lot of people like it. I dont really use supplements and creatine makes me nauseous. Id imagine its sort of like a 1% benefit really. Some people chase those types of things and they probably stack up. Not for me though.
