I feel like if the daycare associated w your work is always full and everyone is waitlisted then it should be expanded. Obviously you’re not meeting the needs of your employees, correct?

Doubt anyone needs this life lesson… but putting a bit of water in the shampoo/conditioner bottle and shaking it to get a few extra days of product does not work the same for concealer. 😞
