I could be wrong on the biscuit thing, but the volume of sandwiches couldn't support it. They used to do it weekends only but went over to frozen after I started.

I finally know what freedom tastes like. Though I did notice the UK version does the egg differently.
In the US it's this scrambled and folded thing whereas ours is the classic fried egg

Many locations make scratch biscuits. I'm not sure of the franchising options and requirements for that (and policies change over time), but the guy I linked to does at his location.
I typically just make copycat versions at home, anyway.

@Rattapoom_K That's great. Mine has CKD, but has made an impossible "recovery" from a death sentence. Tons of medication, obsessive monitoring and fluids administration, and a full-time care routine.
But I'd never give up on a family member.
Feeding great raw food for life helped immensely.
