REGIONAL CHAMPS! Volleyball final: @sterling_tigers 3 St. Mary’s Aca. 0 Tigers sweep to punch their first state ticket since 2021; 25-21, 8, 21. 5 Tigers had at least 5 kills, they’ll go to the Denver Coliseum for Thursday’s opening round!

LEAGUE CHAMPS! Football final: Weld 14 @sterling_tigers 35 Hunter Diamond went 11-for-15 passing with 214 yards, 3 TDs. Ran 5 times for 105 and a 79-yard score. Tigers finish 8-1, 5-0 and will be in the field of 16 for the first time since 2020!

Volleyball final: @sterling_tigers 3 Valley 0 Tigers finish the regular season 17-5, 8-4. 16th sweep of the season beating the Vikings 25-21, 22, 20. Taylor Simants with a career-night, 17 kills and 3 blocks to lead the way. Tigers will be home next week for Regional play!

Football final: Fort Lupton 13 @sterling_tigers 53 Kaden Maikowski with a big night; 3 receptions, 105 yards and 2 TDs. Carter Jaeger scores 4 touchdowns on the ground. Tigers 7-1, 4-0, close out the regular season vs. Weld next Friday.

Volleyball final: Windsor Charter 0 @sterling_tigers 3 Tigers take care of a short-handed Firebird squad for their 15th sweep of the season. Tigers 17-5, 7-4, travel to Valley Tuesday to finish out the season.

Softball final/3: Platte Valley 2 @sterling_tigers 17 Tigers pick up one more dominant win to finish the season 12-9-2, 4-5. Tigers will wait to see who they play on regional action a week from Saturday.

Football final: The Academy 10 @sterling_tigers 33 Carter Jaeger unofficially finishes with 187 yards on the ground and 3 TD’s. Hunter Hershfeldt with a 66 yard score. Tigers are 4-1, 1-0. @ Brush next Friday. Have a happy a safe homecoming Tigers!

Boys soccer Full Time: Weld 3 @sterling_tigers 4 Roman Meraz scores again, then Rylan Eastin scores his first goal of the season. Meraz gets credit for a hat-trick with a Rebels own goal. Tigers 5-4-1, 1-0 travel to Fort Morgan on Tuesday.
