@DVLAgovuk This is completely unacceptable. I have called approximately 100 times, there is never any way of speaking with anyone. You need to look at your policies with regards to customer services.

@DVLAgovuk applied for my son’s provisional in July and still not received his license. Have paid twice now, out of frustration, and the DVLA are happy to take 2 lots of £34. Phone lines not available always say busy!!! and when complained via the gov website, automated message.

@Ryanair could you help please. You have no operatives taking phone calls. We have flights to Marrakesh on 22/10/2020 from Manchester. The government guidance is non essential travel only. How do I go about getting a refund for my flights?
