Nothing about our people’s well-being in this difficult time! For me this is the true measure of his leadership! A simple note that there are those who are fighting flood waters that are drowning their homes, closure of schools and devastation of both private and public infrastructure. Including casualties. These people, as he spoke about not resigning as their president, most probably have no way of even hearing his message! Terrible show of leadership!

If you happen to be in a position of leadership today, please LEAD and do what you’re paid to do TODAY. Spare us the sudden wisdom after the damage is done and the cameras are rolling. Save us from all the reflections, the lessons learned, the explanations about what should have happened when you were literally in the position to make it happen but you chose not to for whatever reason.
