@myles_premium_ This is Britain, take your "multicultural areas" back to where you come from. Fit in or fuck off.

@MiKeBoTz_ @pishakina @TheKaouther @Lesanfarah @khanthefatima Muslims have been in america for hundreds of years... Historians estimate that tens of thousands of the enslaved Africans brought to the Americas were Muslims. In the 20th cen, Islam gained further prominence through the civil rights movement and the growth of AA Muslims

“Can someone actually explain why this happens to Somali clothing? Across Africa and beyond, our traditional clothes are often taken and renamed. The Dirac is claimed by Oromo groups and even Yemenis, and the baati is called ‘dera’ and claimed by people in both EA and WA.

@Amx_xox @cleothemermaid0 Am I lying though? We can be modest and wear our OWN culture. Abaya is arabic yet we police others about our own clothes. Let's not be hypocrites.

Our clothing is getting claimed because we dont wear it much. Drop the abaya and arab clothes. Wear our own culture outside of aroos. Dont complain unless you represent. Even on Eid our girls dont wear our cultural clothes. It's beautiful. Ofcourse people are cheeky to steal it.

@hayatixa Thats because those migrants choose to maintain their accents rather than fully integrate and assimilate. Thus not actually being british, just migrants to Britain.

Why is it that you can tell if a south asian or somali is speaking without looking at them if they have a british accent but you can’t tell who the person is if they have an american or canadian accent

yea and back then we used to look for the new dramacool link every month but no one complained bc they provided us with free dramas and subs in a time when no big sites cared enough to officially sub them

by far the most beautifully written K-drama I’ve seen this year! no unnecessary side stories or characters. All of the cast members delivered outstanding performances, and the chemistry between the leads is unmatched. Not a single scene felt forced or rushed #MrPlankton
