Choice. The first step is realising that you have choices. To do this, you must first notice. Notice what’s going on. Then, having that moment of pause and, in that moment, the opportunity for choice arises. If you’d like to explore this further, coaching can help! #lifecoach

If you notice a behaviour change in your young person, talk to them. Be factual about the changes you have observed (NOT judging or adding your own explanation as to why). Teens often test behaviour in a safe environment and/or show family the height of their emotions #lifecoach
