I think my shoulder injury is finally healed (knock on wood) 🥹 Injuries have always been my biggest set back in the gym, but i’m learning to take care of myself a little bit more. Rest is okay 😄

@ImaGoggle I would love to haha but sadly enough my left leg is injured 😂 Going to see a specialist on Monday. I'm normally able to work around it but I think a nerve is being compressed so I had to skip leg day yesterday =\
