In Kenya's TRIBAL POLITICS, only four TRIBES can nominate a viable Presidential candidate and a running mate with 2.5 million votes plus in his pocket: (1) Kikuyu (2) Kalenjin (3) Luo (4) Kamba. So, if a Presidential candidate is serious about winning 2027, BOTH the candidates and their running mates MUST COME FROM ONE THE 4 TRIBES.

In the past three months, the judiciary employed tens of judges at all levels of the judiciary yet service delivery hasn't improved at all. Can the CJ Hon @CJMarthaKoome, the President of the Court of Appeal Hon Daniel Musinga, the Principal judge of the High Court justice Eric Ogolla and the Registrar of the judiciary Madam Mokaya share with Kenyans a blueprint or a white paper on how service delivery in the courts will improve in light of the new recruitment of judges. Can we have verifiable deliverables that we can see and monitor? Second, why is the CJ, the JSC and the Registrar not allowing the Kenyan public to access the monthly returns/output of judges and magistrates so that they can see for themselves whether judicial officers are delivering or sleeping on the job? Judges are sending parties to arbitration and mediation and then taking naps in courts. Some judges write less than 10 rulings/judgments a year while others deliver hundreds of rulings/judgments. Madam CJ, please post these information on the judiciary website so that we can flash out lazy/incompetent judges.
