flea markets are a massively overlooked opportunity. hear me out. the numbers are insane: -Rose Bowl flea market: 20,000 visitors per month paying $12 entry + 200 vendors at $150 each = $600K monthly revenue ($7-8M annually) -Brimfield Antique Show: 1 MILLION visitors annually (thats like coachella attendance) -Goodwill revenue: $4.8B in 2013 → $9B in 2023 (almost doubled in 10 years) -80% of Gen Z regularly shops for secondhand clothing -Major flea market vendors now have 100-300K Instagram followers with tons engagement recession-proof. Highly fragmented industry. And I don’t think AI is coming for it any time soon. They last for decades and are hard to disrupt once established. PE opportunity?

Alright my people. We’re going to be going to a lot less games this season so I will have a lot of our Home Plate Club seats available. I will sell them in increments of 2 or 4. I sell all games at my cost which is $580 per seat this season. It includes VIP parking. 1 spot per two seats. This is an all inclusive experience. Alcohol is included as well.  Currently Multiple authorities, including SWAT and other emergency personnel, are at the scene of a mass shooting that occurred at Cole's Flea Market in Pearland, Texas. Five individuals, including minors were found shot and have been transported to a nearby hospital. The conditions of the victims are not immediately known, as investigations are ongoing to determine what led to the shooting. The suspect still remains at large.
