Quite frankly, I’ve been too exhausted to get on any dating apps to go through the whole process of trying to get to a first date this year. In all honesty, I would’ve loved to continue working there. I truly enjoyed it and the hours went by so super fast. If you need a catering company in the Austin area, please consider 512 Boutique Events. Best queso, guacamole, shrimp ceviche, grilled chicken, butternut squash ravioli…I’ve ever had, just to name a few of my favorite dishes. It was a great last event and to my surprise one of the workers put a little treat together for me, a goodbye card and some gift cards for me. The highlight was a young man that wrote “Goodbye. I hope to see you again one day soon” which was written by my 19 year old son that rode and worked with me 🤣 and one of the bartenders wrote “Happy Birthday”. Haha. They both cracked me up. It’s a very close knit group and I really did love it. I just couldn’t juggle 60+ hours a week anymore. Now I’m down to two jobs=52 hours a week. Some days I want to quit them all and just live in a van down by the river. Anywho. I’m grateful for the experience, it was my first time in the food service industry and I learned a lot. I also bartended a bit and loved that too. I will miss everyone.
