Al final hay tradeoffs, Melvyn.
En el Pablo Mella esa persona consigue una oferta aceptable en cuanto a comodidad y amenidad de la vivienda, a cambio de chuparse a diario el tramo Merca-Los Alcarrizos, y seguir de ahí en el metro.
Igual no la va a tener fácil.
Si la pieza es para dormir, poco importa donde esté, en tanto que la mantenga cerca de su campo de acción.
Al final estamos girando sobre la misma realidad pero desde distintas órbitas.

@LStriddels @melvingutierrez En su caso, podría vivir en el Evaristo, pagando un poco mas y viviendo cerca del trabajo. No tiene vida social, no recibe visitas, sale a la azotea a hablar por teléfono durante horas cuando no aguanta el calor. Su propósito es ahorrar al máximo posible.

Ese presupuesto está complicado. Ni siquiera me imagino si esa persona tiene dependientes, ni qué sueldo devenga.
Me parece que si lleva ese presupuesto a 20k y busca algo que esté razonablemente cerca de una estación del metro, le va mejor.
Una vaina sin ventilación, estrecha, mal distribuida, va lenta pero seguramente moldeando los hábitos, estos van moldeando las posibilidades, y estas últimas, van definiendo lo que llamamos "suerte" y acotando las metas que en realidad serán logrables.
Entiendo que todos buscamos estar cerca de lo que más incide en nuestro plan de vida, para muchos es estar cerca del trabajo o cerca de la familia extendida, pero no debe ser al costo de malvivir.

Trujillo, construyó la carretera Sánchez, así duró más de medio siglo. Balaguer-1994- construyó la circunvalación 6 de Noviembre hasta la salida de San Cristóbal. Leonel- 1996- amplió a 4 carriles de San Cristóbal a Baní.
Danilo -2012- arregló algunos tramos e inició las calles de circunvalaciones de Baní y Azua; Abinader concluyó.
Hoy, la región SUR necesita un abordaje de infraestructura serio.

Lo más complicado es pedirle un Uber a mi mamá. Una vez le dije que era negro y llegó un minibús, solo le dijo “mi hija no dijo que era minibús” y le colgo. Tampoco se montó, no me cogia el teléfono, tampoco me llamo y el hombre canceló. 😭a empezar el trajín otra vez pero ya con ella molesta por el mal rato 😖😖😖
