To everyone I've hurt, I'm sorry.
Over the past few months I have been acting incredibly out of character. I have hurt friends, loved ones and everyone I care deeply about with my actions. I have ruined friendships, a relationship, and much more because of my manic episodes.
I have been struggling with mental health for as long as I can remember. I have been fighting a battle with Bipolar 1 since 2021.
I was prescribed a medication that exacerbated my manic episodes and assisted in making me paranoid, aggressive and unpredictable.
Being around someone who is unstable is an incredibly scary time, and I'm sorry for putting you all through that.
In one of my more unstable moodswings, I deleted my discord server, announced my indefinite hiatus and continued to hurt people around me.
I don't want this to be the end.
This can't be the end, please.
I want to stick to my previous medicine schedule and get back to a more stable state before I come back.
I don't know what that will look like yet, as I'm going to take the next couple months to really focus on my mental and physical health.
I will be reaching out next week to people I have hurt, and I hope I can begin to mend what I have broken.
