@hooodrichgab Yessss and it was hard😭 I still struggle with it tbh and I’m not currently on the sober wave atm. BUT, when I started being strict with intermittent fasting that helped bc then I had some kinda goal. Also drinking a shit ton of water. Dropped weight and felt a lot better.

My therapist makes me want to cry bc I cherish and love her so much it’s actually overwhelming
