Hi there! We don't issue refunds for redeemed keys because once a key is used, the game is added to the customer's account. Issuing a refund for redeemed keys would allow someone to keep both, which wouldn't be fair, as we can't reuse keys once they're redeemed. We always recommend double-checking before redeeming a key to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Thanks for understanding!
