@BigKen472 @ggabefootball It's about 30 miles from downtown Chicago to Hammond. That drive could be 40 minutes or 1.5 hours.
Trust me, if the Bears end up there, many people will be looking to stay MUCH closer than that.

While it's expensive to keep the Bears, it may be far more expensive to lose them and then figure in upset constituents.
