So excited and proud to present @matthurton 's Masterwork! For #MZT nerds: #zebrafish enhancers epigenetically bookmarked from gametes do not need pioneer TFs! For #chromatin nerds: H3K4me2 selectively marks those gamete-inherited enhancers, pioneered enhancers only have H3K4me1!
