One year sober. I can’t believe I’m typing this. Quitting drinking saved my life. Alcohol was my answer when I felt alone. That’s how I covered up my depression and suicidal thoughts. To anyone struggling, I promise it helps. You got this. Thanks for the support. I love y’all. ❤️
