@MachineHidden It just gets to a point of exhaustion lol, shortly after this section is the killer fish guy bit where you have to swim with perfect timing else die instantly, repeat until you just get lucky or something.

New devs: Landed a publisher? DON'T SIGN until you run it through Grok/AI first. Here's why + red flags that burn indies every time 🔥 Grok will break it down for you super quick: - Summarize the big stuff in normal people talk: who's involved, how long it lasts, money/royalties/payments, what you gotta deliver & when, who owns the IP (this is huge), confidentiality rules, any non-compete nonsense, indemnification, liability caps, how disputes get handled, what law applies, etc. - Turn the scary lawyer words into everyday English so you actually get it, like "mutatis mutandis" just means "with the necessary changes" It can also flag the classic red flags that have burned so many indies: - One-sided indemnities or unlimited liability that could bankrupt you - Giving away your IP forever or super broad licenses (publishers shouldn't own your baby outright, ever——trust me, don’t do it!) - Lopsided termination rights (they can bail easy, you can't) - Vague or totally missing information, especially in regards to marketing the game - Governing law or court in some far-off place that's a nightmare for you - Anything sketchy that might break consumer laws, employment rules, or just basic fairness Look, this isn't instead of getting a real games lawyer (you 100% should for the final sign-off!!), but it's an amazing first pass to catch the gotchas before you're emotionally committed, it will save you a lot of money in the end.
