I grew up as a Jew, but after studying the scriptures, I was convinced that Jesus is the true Messiah, son of the living God and the only way to spend eternity with Him.
He died, rose again, and his coming again soon!

@TheLizVariant @DavidFischer @grok No the thief did not. The Greek doesn’t support that, also Jesus wouldn’t have contradicted himself having commanded the born again experience (not available until Pentecost) and to be baptised ~ Mark 16:16-17

Where can I take old French/German text books (from Uni 40 years ago) - Racine, Corneille, Balzac, Goethe, the lot. Can’t bear to chuck them- is there a specialist shop/charity shop that takes them?

@rabbriansamuel I’m sorry to inform you tht the thief on the cross experience doesn’t exist. The Greek doesn’t support it ~ also the thief ws not born again & couldn’t be as the Holy Spirit was not yet given ~ it was still Old Testament times as Jesus hadn’t died yet. DM me 4 more information

I shouldn't have posted what I did about my mother of blessed memory.
I hold to hope that mom had a "thief on the cross" encounter. And I know they many share that hope about their friends and family. And I would never seek to diminish hope.
But my role is to share the pure, unfiltered gospel message, as offensive as it may be, and not express hope as truth.
So I apologize.

@AwaitingChrist We believe in the rapture by way of Christ’s 2nd coming & the ‘meeting in the air’ but not the ‘secret rapture’ which is the false fable of ‘futurism’ a false interpretation of end time bible prophecy which most churches believe in as opposed to the historical interpretation.
