Ok to cover the steps to get to this point: Complete vaults 1-6. This requires completing each vault puzzle and utilizing a vault key to open each vault. Vault 6's key is "contraband", the rarest type of key. Each vault requires a combination of batteries, coolant, and additional items in order to allow for vault access. Loot a "subroutine" from each vault. It's a small orange disc. Each vault has their own. Numbered 1 - 6. You must exfil with these subroutines to unlock the corresponding codex entries. **it is believed that these are not guaranteed** Once the subroutines are obtained, you have to go to cargo to print of a DNA sequence. You have to hit lettered terminals once it begins where you touch "AGCT" to get the DNA sequence. for the remaining steps you need 11 batteries The item has to be taken to the elevator up to the "hidden lab" - through a vent and up a set of stairs. You also will need antivirus until you disable the security panel. Put the item and batteries into a panel next to the door in the lab, which will open a door and give you a command module. You put that module and the remaining batteries into the vault 7 door and go in. There is a jumping puzzle from here that takes you to the top where you go through an airlock to fight the boss.
