@VANS_66 so disappointed in your customer service. I ordered shoes for my daughter for Christmas 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. No answer to phone calls or emails. I’ll have a very sad girl on Christmas morning.

@Pullyourpantsup @VANS_66 I got told it would take 9 days and ordered on 13th.... now they tell me my collection point is unavailable and have taken customer service phone number down!!! Ridicolous. If collection point isn't available then give me my money back. But no answer when asking that... suprise!!
