I drove from Mahikeng to a place near Polokwane in December last year

TRAFFIC ALERT | TWO DEAD FOLLOWING A HEAD ON VRASH NEAR LUNDS POLOKWANE : Authorities have closed off both lanes on the N1 near Polokwane after a collision involving two vehicles killed two people and injured one person. No further details are available on the accident and Emergency Medical Services are still on the scene. Traffic officials have warned closure of both lanes is likely to create a congestion going into the evening, with motorists urged to use the alternative R101 road when approaching Polokwane.
