@TokisakiYuuki @JuminsCatboy I don't think there's any betas for the actual gacha, just for the character kit and the rest of the version content. If this were to happen to Hoyo and they don't give suitable compensation tho, they'll likely just get murdered by the CN fanbase.

For HSR players, there's no 50/50, u "guarantee" a character at 300 pulls, u say "if I loose I want a Blade" but u keep loosing to Himeko E6 and then they say "oopsie, we forgot to add blade to the pool, lmao, a 10th pull apology"... but worse

@aloeveryboring @hxg_diluc The buff are fairly universal, but the reaction DMG is near useless for every other characters since Superconduct reaction actual DMG is super low. Which mean Sandrone is pretty much guaranteed to have a passive that buff Superconduct like the Lunar reactions.
