Finished route 4 last night and it was fine. Not as good as the first two routes (which really should have been the entire game tbh) but much better than whatever the fuck was going on with Hanazawa. H scene was also pretty good if you ignore the toe sucking.

Just finished route 1 for Hashihime!! Incredible stuff, really want to play the rest of the routes to figure out more about the overarching mystery. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes Japanese literature, mysteries, and the occasional bit of gay sex.
