✝️ Que el Papa cite a Tolkien no es un detalle “pop”, es una señal cultural y espiritual enorme. Tolkien no escribió simplemente fantasía; escribió una cosmovisión profundamente católica disfrazada de épica. El sacrificio, la corrupción del poder, la tentación tecnológica, la humildad como fuerza redentora… todo eso atraviesa El Señor de los Anillos. Mientras Occidente reduce el cristianismo a moralismo vacío o activismo político, Roma está recordando algo más profundo: las historias moldean civilizaciones. Y Tolkien entendía que el mal no siempre entra con violencia, a veces entra seduciendo, prometiendo control absoluto… exactamente el espíritu de nuestra era tecnológica.
