The multipolar world is a lie. Basically he's giving up. We all know that China has a 100 year plan (China Dream) to dominate the globe by 2049. Measures are being taken to counter this ideology. It's been four years of conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Between all of the dead military and the ones who have been permanently disfigured, Russia is in a very weak place. We'll fight to keep this a unipolar world
