After years working both on the frontline and on national EPR programmes, one truth keeps resurfacing: Technology doesn’t change care. Leadership does. My takeaway from the panel was simple: Year two matters more than day one. Productivity lives in adoption, not implementation.

A valuable session with the Colombian and Chilean health ministry discussing frontline digitisation in the UK. Interoperability, IG and patient engagement were some of the common challenges. So important that we share best practice, knowledge and lessons with our counterparts.
