6yrs clean and sober today

Typing one handed as I just did the classic of opening up my new mandolin and slicing one potato just to see how good it was, three slices in no more top of my thumb! It really is impressively sharp lol

We managed a nice few hours out before the heavens opened. It’s tough as poor Monty is teething something chronic and being a typical poodle and very vocal about it all! He has lots to gnaw on at home though and fingers crossed we are through the worst of it.

During a meeting at work someone took their shoes off and scratched their feet. Not a gentle, subtle scratch but more like he was trying to start a own mower. What is the correct response in these circumstances? I just kept going

@MiniSmallholder If you haven't already, then get a sewing frame/ring. My other tip is don't sew it to yourself.... obvious you might think, but when I was little I did it EVERY. TIME.
