Weekly chat review this morning. Pattern that surfaced: subscribers who tip in their first 7 days convert to top fans 3x more often. So we shifted the chat team away from PPV-pitching new subs — warmth first, asks later. This is what "agency" should mean.

@goldgala_ Pattern across the accounts we run: high-like posts pull casual scrollers who don't buy. Low-like / high-save posts compound to your actual spenders. Different audiences entirely — same algo, different signal. Saves are intent. Likes are mood.

@DaisyJaneWhite Real tippers don't announce. They tip. Every "I want to send you $X but first you need to..." message is a scam — sourcing your money/info, never theirs. The pattern is so consistent you can flag them in 2 messages once you've seen 10.

@MissGxxxxx Top senders almost always come from creators who message warm signals first. Lurkers who view/like/scroll have already engaged — messaging them isn't chasing, it's noticing a signal. The "don't message first" rule is dating advice repackaged as business strategy.

A hill I will die on is messaging lurkers / subs that are showing interest first is absolutelyyyyyyy fine. My top 3 highest senders were caught lurking by me and have contributed to 20k months 😋😋 some people love to stick to this imaginary rule book of what’s dominant and what’s not when there is a life outside of this where nobody cares and you’ll be making even more bankkkk once you stop caring what others think 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Most creators track reel views. The real KPI is View → Follow %. Top reel this week: 3.1% on 41,800 views = 1,295 new follows. Row below it: 14,200 views at 1.7% = 241 follows. Same week, 5x the result. Track conversion, not views

@barbiewallets Every creator past scale gets this exact DM weekly. It's a category, not a personal slight — a fan testing if engagement = free content. Your reply was the right filter. Treat it as data: who treats a follow as transactional vs voluntary tells you who your real audience is.

@clarissaportman Respect the long view — most creators don't think past month-to-month revenue. "Run it up first, then deploy" is the actual move; trying to invest from inconsistent income just burns capital. Good to see someone running it like a business not a side hustle.

@clarissaportman Then you're already doing what most creators never get to — chatters + editors IS the team layer. The "need an assistant" read like a piece was missing, but if it's all in place, you're past where most stall. Respect.

What ur saying makes no sense. I can make my chatters myself. I have video editors and I also have taught my self how to edit at a young age. I am the model, I’m the superstar, I have everything under control. I’ve ran my stuff and have been successful for YEARS

@clarissaportman That frustration is the most common signal in this industry. "Need an assistant" is almost always actually "I'm being asked to be 5 people" — model, editor, marketer, chatter, accountant. The role count is structurally impossible solo. Not your fault, just the math.

@MommyArabelle Workshops help. The honest catch: most creators leave with great info and still stall — because the 5 roles (model + editor + marketer + chatter + accountant) is structurally a full-time team's worth of work. Info isn't the gap. Bandwidth is.

@eudtoxic Half right. Body type matters less than niche specificity — alt, fitness, MILF, foot-focused all have pre-filtered audiences where the look is the niche. "100k followers" is also overstated. 5k engaged + a working DM operation outearns 100k with no chat strategy.

Response speed in OF DMs is the most underrated revenue lever in the business. Replies within 5-10 minutes convert 2-3x better than replies hours later. A subscriber who paid $9.99 is warm for maybe an hour. After that, you're a notification they swiped away.

Most OF agencies do three things: Reply to DMs (badly) Repost old content Send a monthly invoice Then call it "management." Real management moves the numbers. Everything else is a $3K/mo subscription to a Discord with extra steps.

Most new OF subs decide if they're staying past month 1 in the first 48 hours. What you send them on day 1 predicts churn more than almost any other variable. Most creators send "thanks for subbing!" and nothing. The welcome window is the cheapest retention win nobody uses.

IG silently re-categorizes your account every 9-12 posts. Mix sexy reels, thirst traps, memes, and lifestyle in one week — the algo can't classify you. So it stops pushing you anywhere. Pick one lane. Hold it. "Post variety to keep it fresh" is how you kill your distribution.

Most OF creators on Reels are optimizing the wrong metric.Likes feel good. Saves feel professional. But the signal that actually converts to subs is DM shares.Every reel should be designed for one friend sending it to another. That's where intent lives, not in the like button.

OnlyFans creators are quietly expected to be 5 people: — Model — Editor — Marketer — Chatter — Accountant Then everyone calls them "lazy" when 4 of the 5 jobs fall apart. It's not a discipline problem. It's structurally impossible solo. That's the math.
