@xlvrxsam I think everything is much easier. Fatui know who killed Signora. It was Ei. We defeated her in a fair fight. And none of the Fatui was sad about her death. Guess why? I bet every harbinger know, that we drag her crown with us as a trophy. Abd they don't care

I absolutely hate the writers for forgetting that WE killed signora and that not having any consequences in our future harbringers encounters, making sandrone not have the slightest resentment towards us

Signora was spreading a disease with delusions and fatui. And she was fool, because does not cooperate with Sc, and believed she can easily extract gnosis from Ei.

Signora was there as a DIPLOMAT not as a fatui which means she's representing the tsaritsa and the whole snezhnaya not just the fatui. I think you need to recall that scene again to avoid confusion rn.
