Chatting About the Neighborhood: I’ll ask how they like the neighborhood, chat for a bit, then mention that it’s helpful to see other patients nearby. Post-Treatment Follow-Ups: During routine check-ins, ask, "Do you know anyone else who could benefit from a session with me?"

If your meeting is 60m, that means spend at least 60m preparing. Not spending that amount of time preparing is disrespectful to those attending. It’s not an effective use of their time. When I’m operating at my best, I follow this simple rule to ensure smoothly run meetings.
