@Desmos I copied a large set of data from a spreadsheet into a table...and then lost the spreadsheet! Is there a way to get the data back out of the calculator?

@desmosclassroom Thanks for sharing all of that info. But the link doesn't give any indication why that option isn't included. I don't understand the point of having the scores if the students can't see them and improve their work based on them. Typing them in as feedback is an extra step.

@desmosclassroom Anyone able to give help with the "grading" function? (I know it's in beta). I graded a quiz, but I don't know how to get the kids to see their scores from each question without a super clunky workaround. Is there anyway to have that score appear on the slide?

@MrLewis_Math @desmosclassroom My move: I grade in teacher view 1 questions at a time and give feedback like "-1 sign error" . On the last slide I give the score: 27/30. I actually got really quick grading that way.

@MrCorleyMath @desmosclassroom That was the best workaround that I could think of - typing in the score that I just selected on each screen. Hoping there is a better way - otherwise there is no point to using the grader.

@MrLewis_Math @desmosclassroom I don't use that myself, but I think people are using the feedback tool to accomplish that.

@bobloch This is a very middle school thing. I had a good number of them trying that last year. They would get stuck on "unique" words - I remember GAMMA being one of them.

A 9th grade student in my class uses the same approach to Wordle every day. He start by listing the same 5 words, which use 25 different letters. He then uses the clues to try to solve the word on clue #6. Anyone else ever see this?

@Desmos Yes - makes perfect sense and I understand why it would be that way! This was a special case with a student who was supposed to make a graph in an activity but mistakenly made it in the calculator.

@MrLewis_Math . Thanks for asking - activity builder does not allow students to import graphs they make (or find!) outside of the activity.  Hope that makes sense.

@Desmos Is it possible for student to copy a graph they made in the graphing calculator into a graph screen in an activity?
