I have found that certain habits lead to the deepest coaching cycles. One of my top essentials is a weekly meeting. Here is my go-to routine! The more we foster these habits & evolve as needed based on our partner, the more sustainable this work can be. #d100inspires

Coaching in the midst of a new curriculum adoption can feel overwhelming. Together with your partners, always focus on a goal with a clear plan. Check in daily, communicate constantly, & focus on evidence of learning. We've got this💪 #d100inspires #coaching
