@MuggintonCE I'm sorry that the tech team haven't been able to help further with this, I appreciate that you really need this service back up and running ASAP. If the technical team can't help further, it would be worth emailing our complaints team directly at consumer-resolutions@bt.com.

@bt_uk Trying X as get nowhere on the phone Our school (DE6) has been without internet for the last 2 weeks. We have received no updates & no alternative to get online. Running a school without internet in 2024 is very very difficult Please could somebody communicate with us?

@bt_uk I have tried this on four separate occasions - a call centre in Scotland and another. They were very polite but were unable to offer any updates nor did they mention any other options which might/might not be available. Is there a number you recommend I try, please?

@MuggintonCE Ah OK, thank you for confirming. It may be best to give our technical team a call as we can take a further look into this and also check out any potential options to help whilst we fix the issue. Are you OK to give us a call?

@bt_uk Thank you for the reply. No - my understanding is that there will be another online 'update' next Tuesday. Broadband is down in several homes in the village, not just at our school. Tuesday will be our 19th day without internet.

@MuggintonCE Evening, I can only appreciate how difficult this must be, I have 2 kids myself in both Primary and Comprehensive school and I know they rely on data a lot. Has the team given any information on what is happening?

What an inspirational end to the year. We were lucky enough to receive a visit from Paralympian, Richard Whitehead Richard helped us to understand more about how to tackle adversity, stay focussed and determined and try to be the best version of yourself possible. Thank you

THE Mugginton tradition! Our Year Six Limo trip was a biggie this year with 11 of them travelling to go bowling and then to Cosmos to eat 72 plates of food!!!!! Thank you Y6 parents for organising a special experience for the children 🥰

This lovely little boy was very proud to bring a special show and tell into school this week - an FA Cup medal his Grandad won with Manchester United in 2023! Thank you for sharing it with us. I expect to see a winners medal around your neck in 10 years time, young man 😄⚽️

Our Year Six children had their final school trip to Alton Towers last week. They got lovely weather and lots of screams on the rides, including the new Nemesis! Thank you Mrs D, Mrs S, Miss B and Lily for looking after them 🥰
