Are you referring to the hammad riwaya of fiqh al akbar?
I’ve never said fiqh al akbar in it’s present versions (both riwaya’s) is 100% authentic to Abu Hanifa.
I believe the Abu Muti riwaya was circulating with reliability up until at least 471AH as:
Abu Al Muzaffar Al Asfarayini (d.471AH) in his ‘Al Tabsir’ (p.184) says:
“The book Fiqh Al Akbar, which the trustworthy informed us about, through a reliable path and a sound chain of transmission on the authority of Nasir Ibn Yahya on the authority of Abu Muti on the authority of Abu Hanifa.”
Now whether the manuscripts (which are date after this period) are 100% reliable, i’m not fully convinced as there are breaks in the chains of transmission due to unknown transmitters.
