The Odyssey is a globalist movie in times of nationalist uprisings in the west. It takes a founding myth of European civilization and strips it of its Greek soul and soil. What's left is an abstract, dark grey commodity for global markets, devoid of any identity and vitality.

Now he’s taken the most painful selfie known to man, with a smile that doesn’t reach his eyes, pretending he still likes Blake Lively after she tanked both of their careers.
