I don’t have the link, but years back there was a gay black man doing drugs while getting about a $2,000 free apartment. He didn’t work, went thru garbage dumpsters looking for things to make art. Stop subsidizing these people then rentals plus regular homes would be FAR cheaper. Crime would also lower as they’d be at work instead of having the devil’s idle hands.
