first time I made fennel syrup was for Ernest's Advice, a gin #cocktail recipe developed by @NSDistillery that also calls for #absinthe and topped with #prosecco. One of my faves to make for friends.

Fun fact: almond nuts come from the same family of fruit as peaches and apricots! Unlike those delicious fruits, the almond fruit is not considered edible. So we take the nut and make delicious foods & drinks with it, including the orgeat syrup used in our #DOTM, Cameron's Kick!
