It's not that hard to believe Zohran called someone "his aunt" who isn't actually his aunt.
I am "uncle Brad" to several family friends, that I'm not actually their uncle. In my partner's family, he has "uncles" and "aunts" who are actually cousins.
I don't think obsessing over this is a good critique of Zohran.
