🥰Husband appreciation post: It’s fun to watch @StirringDragon make a new tileset for our game because he’s so good at it. As in - I walk in the office, see pretty pixels, and feel an instant sense of joy and curiosity, I want to get lost in the worlds he’s building - good at it. It’s like watching an expert craftsman or artist in his workshop. I don’t think anyone will ever fully grasp the obsessive levels of love and attention he’s put into this game. But I know you’ll feel it…

@Taikwy IMHO no. The visuals are crisp and adding the CRT filter distorts details too much

@MjTheHunter This is great! It has its unique style. Looks like a ghost/spirit/monk dude or dudette. Great job!

Neither my wife nor I really know how to animate. So for the character we're working on, we bought a pack on itch.io as animation reference and used that as a base. Here's what we have so far ozzbit-games.itch.io/fantasy-charac…

@MrPodunkian The sky looks great but the tiles where player can walk could also get a bit darker inmo

@ZoldenGames Is it unity? Or other engine? Looks cool. This can work 100% as a main game feature

Implemented tools to create and remove ground. Very simple for now: no precise aiming, no VFX. I made this patrickmobile as a temporary means to move in the game world, until proper limb based locomotion is implemented. The game will definitely include digging.

Concept for the first map in Bylina 2. I am considering to move away from tiled maps for a couple of areas. It allows to add so much more charater to the scene. This one is not so much original though, but heavily inspired by Stoneshard.
