Wish I knew what these incentives were because all I seem to get is a bunch of meltdowns, shutdowns and stigma.

Undiagnosed or unmedicated/unmanaged ADHD is saying "Tomorrow will be the day I'll finally get up, do the stuff that needs to be done, and start living my life to its fullest" and you unironically believe it every time until you look up one day and realise you're 30

Asked my Neurotypical friends to proofread chapters of my ebook about Adulting with ADHD and they are so surprised at how draining having ADHD can be they were stressed out just reading about it now I can’t wait for everyone to read it because it really shifted their perceptions

My autistic son, who is autistic and intelligent, left University in 2021 with a 2:1 degree. Since then he has applied for hundreds of jobs. He has had only two online interviews. He wants a job but employers don’t want to employ people with autism, how to change this(?).#bbcqt

Response to Kemi Badenoch's "Conservatism in Crisis" from our CEO, James Cusack (@jamcusack).
Badenoch's comments are part of a damaging and, unfortunately, growing trend where people attempt to use issues like #autism and #neurodiversity to gain political capital by making overly simplistic and ignorant assumptions.
