@flareshmoney I'd recommend a stretching and rehab routine. Genuinely just hitting the gym twice a week solved my wrist pain from COVID in ~3 months

my wrist has been hurting pretty bad over the past month, it's been pretty frustrating as it's been slowing down my progress. hopefully I get to go back to painless writing and playing soon, but I don't have high hopes.
