Execution is backed by corporate action. NoviqTech signed a binding agreement to acquire ninety percent of Coralia Pty Ltd, an Australian biochar carbon removal specialist. The strategy targets institutional demand with high integrity requirements, including data centres and artificial intelligence driven net zero commitments. Funding uses a combined capital raise structure and free attaching options. Leadership was strengthened with Timothy Brooks, Coralias founder, appointed as Executive Director for carbon dioxide removal strategy.
