Of the four oak saplings that accompanied Jesse Owen’s four gold medals one was planted in Berlin (lost to war), one @ his home (lost to demolition), one @OhioState (lost) & one stands tall in Old Brooklyn @ Rhodes High School @CLEMetroSchools @OBCDC where he had track practice.
