Yesterday saw us fall to a 2-1 defeat at @CH_SpartansFC. Not good enough from us, chadwell heath worked harder and earned their 3 points. A missed penalty late on cost us getting something but the lads know they need to be better, back in cup action next week.

Brilliant 2-0 win tonight in the first round of the @EssexAllianceFL senior division cup against @MayBakers. Two superb goals from Darnyl and a solid performance all around the pitch proves the difference and means we are through to the next round.

Disappointing result for us yesterday as the performance was good and deserved something, two early @Fc_Baresi goals in the second half our undoing and despite a P goal getting us back in it and numerous chances we couldn’t find an equaliser. Baresi held on to win 2-1.
